
A dual citizen of the United States and Canada, Andrew Chan-Possemato is a promising up-and-coming actor who loves reading, gymnastics, Roblox, and Margherita pizza.
Andrew’s love of acting began one summer when he directed and starred in the whimsical short film The Butler and the Ball. The film screened in France, Wales, India, Iran, Romania, Estonia, The Czech Republic, England, South Korea, Australia, Serbia, Greece, Canada, and the United States. For his performance, Andrew was nominated for Best Actor at the Children’s International Film Festival of Wales and received a Jury Special Mention—Child Actor at the Children Short Film Festival in England and France.
Notable credits include the 2023 Cannes Caméra d’or nominated feature The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed, directed by Joanna Arnow and executive produced by Academy Award winner Sean Baker, as well as Tornado (2025 Santa Barbara International Film Festival, 2024 Hamptons International Film Festival) and Shadow (2024 Palm Springs ShortFest).
In September 2025, Andrew will begin a four-year course of study in the Drama Studio at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, founded by singer Tony Bennett.
